To get through it all, Emelia not only founded a community of women who had previous pregnancy losses, but she also wrote a book about her experience to process the trauma and subsequently changed her whole lifestyle. Her change in lifestyle included quitting her high stress job and nutritional supplements that she attributes to her finally being able to conceive in her 40’s.
