In this episode of our Difficult People series, I teach from Matthew 12:1–15 about one of the hardest commands Jesus ever gave us: loving our enemies. We’ll look at how Jesus confronted opposition, chose compassion over rigid rules, and showed courage with wisdom when His enemies plotted against Him.
If you’ve ever felt the sting of criticism, betrayal, or open hostility, this message will encourage you. Jesus shows us that opposition isn’t always a sign of failure—sometimes it’s confirmation of faithfulness. And most importantly, we’ll be reminded that the only reason we’re no longer God’s enemies is because of His love for us.
