In this episode, we reveal the shift that Precursa has taken, and we hear how CEO and co-founder Cynthia Del’Aria got to this point where the ultimate decision (to take a “pause”) was made. She shares the realities of making tough decisions, what the conversation with the team sounded like, where we go from here, and what it all means for Precursa. Cynthia also talks about how (and when!) the culture in a company actually gets built. (Spoiler alert: It’s NOT when you’ve got thousands of employees and it becomes “trendy”!) She also talks about how a company culture gets built whether you’re being intentional about it or not and encourages us to choose intentionality. Cynthia also challenges some startup myths and the status quo for founders and (gasp!) talks about taking a weekend off.
