10 I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death,

Philippians 3:10 says, "I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death." This verse expresses a profound desire to deeply connect with Jesus, experiencing both His triumph and His trials.

In our lives, this means seeking a relationship with Christ that goes beyond surface-level belief. It’s about longing to understand His love, grace, and the power that comes from His resurrection—an event that symbolizes victory over sin and death. Participating in His sufferings doesn't mean we seek pain, but rather, we embrace challenges with the faith that Christ is with us. Becoming like Him in His death can mean dying to our own selfish ways and living for what truly matters—eternal life with God.

This devotion encourages us to live with purpose and passion, aligned with Jesus's example. In moments of joy and trial, we are invited to rely on His strength and find comfort in His presence.

Through this journey, we grow closer to the heart of Christ, ready to reflect His light to the world.
