We are constantly evolving and changing throughout the course of our lives. Consider how your relationship to movement has evolved over the years, in comparison to how you enjoy moving today. This strong vinyasa practice includes hamstring opening, shoulder opening, and core connection in order to build towards pincha mayurasana (forearm stand). This class is ideal for anyone who works at a desk and wants to open up the muscles that become tight from sitting. Inversions such as forearm stand can help remove fatigue from the body and mind and leave you feeling energized.
