What if your mistakes weren’t proof you’ve fallen short, but evidence that you’re becoming?
In this episode, I share a real & humbling "on-air" moment from last week's episode where I too late realized that I said “condensation” instead of “condemnation.” Rather than editing it out and pretending it never happened, this episode is (instead) paying tribute to it through a reflection on what it truly means to mess up, as every human does... and then grow, learn, and evolve.
In this episode, we explore how our mistakes act as feedback loops showing us where refinement, awareness, and compassion can serve our lives. We explore how to hold yourself and others with accountability and grace, how to distinguish compassion from coddling, and why perfectionism is just fear dressed up as control.
If you’ve ever spiralled after saying the wrong thing, felt embarrassed about your humanness, or over-functioned to “fix” someone else’s mistakes, this conversation will help you breathe again.
Because the goal isn’t to never get it wrong, it’s to keep showing up, refining, and remembering that being human is all a part of the curriculum. Let's dive in!
