In this episode, Christine Goulais (CEO, NBISIING Power) and Rob McNeil (President, Composite Power Group Inc.) present the importance and value of Indigenous Relationships and Partnerships. They discuss why their Partnership works so well.
They both have their histories and journeys that have led them to this point where they meet in their careers, and they reveal how their openness and constant communication is their success and their strength.
I have known Rob for about 20 years. I have only known Christine about 4 years, but I knew who she was when she was still with Hydro One. What strikes me the most is their calmness and modesty through it all. They are focused and driven. Their exuberance comes out with their achievements and their wins.
I feel their ability to collaborate drives the support for Indigenous business and for the community. Their presence in the Supply Chain in Ontario and Canada is being felt and is a great example of economic development. This is not just a great commercial business, but also a shining light of what is meant by ‘meaningful and respectful’ at work.

I want to close this episode with a question: Knowing what you have heard listening to this episode, as well as the recap between Rene and myself, what action are you taking to support Indigenous business development and Indigenous economic growth?
