In this episode our Maximilian Kiessler talks to Luisa von Lonski, the Head of Short Term Trading and Operations at Syneco. Luisa started her career in Hamburg working on VPP software before spending a couple of years at Elli, the Volkswagen subsidiary tasked with flexibility management and smart charging. At Elli she and the team successfully launched their flexibility trading on EPEX SPOT. More than a year ago she left the startup world to transform and digitalize the short-term trading business of established energy trading company Syneco Trading GmbH and Max and Luisa are reflecting on this journey and the challenges.
