In the seventh episode of Power, Wealth or Purpose?! Paul interviews Leon Bader. Leon is an impact investor at 4P Capital and an independent angel investor. He attended the University of Tennessee on a full-ride scholarship as a D1 golfer. 

Leon and Paul discuss how Leon’s sports mentality has impacted the way he approaches his work, how his views of purpose pivoted when he got to university, what the day-to-day of an impact investment associate looks like and whether working hard throughout university and in your first job is worth it considering potential ultimate goals.
