As you may know... I help individuals create talks that are entertaining, engaging, and educational and give them tools to help them excited about speaking to their audience. I, also, help corporate teams make their presentations impactful. I've been hosting a podcast since 2020. I'm a speaker who speaks about speaking, confidence, resilience and finding the joy within you. What you may not know is... I was a Fashion designer. I trained as an actor. I worked backstage at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre and others. I've dressed Judi Dench. I survived and thrived after a breast cancer diagnosis at age 28. I began an English Literature and Creative writing degree at age. My father is a stuntman. I teach stunt trainees how to act. I have one beautiful and gifted daughter who's a singer songwriter. I've had a varied career and an 'interesting' life, full of ups, downs and complete turn arounds so, I thought what I've learnt on my 50+ years on the planet my help others on their own adventure.
