Positive persuasion takes sincerity, honesty, and respect. You need to communicate effectively and build rapport with your audience, whoever they are. In this Speaking About Speaking episode, I discuss how you can speak confidently and persuasively.

Whenever we speak, we hope to influence, build trust, and create emotional bonds, whether for business, a relationship or as a parent but how do we do that without crossing over to the dark side of manipulation and arrogance?
