Xavier Rees is the CEO of Havas London and Havas Helia based on Granary Square in King’s Cross. He has worked his way up via some of London’s best ad agencies such as BBH, Wunderman, and most recently he was Group Managing Director at adam&eveDDB, the agency behind the John Lewis Christmas ads.
