
Sai is a capital market professional who has worked in Senior positions with the country’s leading financial institutions for the past 30 years. His Passion for Fitness and Nutrition led him to say good bye to his Successful Corporate career and to become a full time Fitness trainer and a Nutrition consultant. He has been successful in spreading the joy of fitness and healthy living through his initiative Mitahara. Through Mitahara, he has built a strong community of over 200 people who are walking the path of fitness with him. He is also one of the founder member of Madras Mustangs, a cycling and running group with over 1000 members. He also runs a charitable trust in the name of Ramu Lalitha Trust to extend aid to the needy in the field of education. He is also a Cyclist, a Marathon runner, Triathlete and an Avid Trekker.
