Hemangi Sahare, an Engineer turned Entrepreneur is the founder of Soul Sugar Bakery and Patisserie which specializes in customized cakes and desserts. Working in the corporate world as a Data analyst post graduation made her realize this wasn't the path for her. Her baking hobby since college was something she wanted to pursue. After taking the plunge and quitting her job, she learnt baking professionally and worked in some of the best pastry kitchens in Mumbai after which she started Soul Sugar Bakery and Patisserie. It has been featured in Maharashtrian Daily "Loksatta" and Hemangi has been a guest star on the show "Health in 100" on Living Foodz Channel.
