With all the changes in how films are delivered and streaming becoming increasingly popular, can theatrical distribution and presentation survive? We think so. We hope you do too.

039 - I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025, Dir. Jennifer Kaylin Robinson
I Know What you Did Last Summer (1997) was a pretty big hit. Just a year after Scream revived the slasher genre, it had a huge cast, screenwriter Kevin Williamson, and the and aesthetics of the over produced, over dramatic big budget mid to late 90's.
I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025) sadly doesn't have any of the above except for Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prince Jr. It does have a few laughs but the magic of the 90's is definitely absent here.
