Singer/Songwriter/Pianist Nina Simone released “I Put A Spell On You” in 1965. Although she didn’t write any of the songs on this particular album, she is known for her songwriting abilities and piano skills in the classical and jazz realms, as well as her expressive vocal delivery. NPR placed the album as number 3 on the "150 Greatest Albums Made by Women" list.
