This week I am joined my Ryan Nurse aka 'The Fool Around the World'. At the start of Ryans adult life, he was victim of a traumatic brain injury that left him fighting for his life. Thankfully, he managed to pull through after venturing millimetres from death, with the unimaginable help from my family and friends.

His goals is to help break down the stigma associated around mental health issues, by encouraging non-judgmental conversation and openly sharing his experiences.
