Mantras have been used worldwide for thousands of years in many different cultures and belief systems, including Buddhism, Hinduism and Tantric practices.
Mantra can be chanted out loud, internally, or a combination.
Some mantras don’t have a translation or meaning and use Biji Seed Sounds, which resonate on a cellular level to bring a sense of deep-rooted positive change.
Seed sounds are often part of the Nada Yoga tradition (the yoga of sound).
