Join me for a short mantra meditation; no previous experience is required.

Mantras can help induce a deep state of relaxation and a sense of oneness (connection) to mind and body. Mantras are a great way to focus awareness and attention during meditation.

Mantras have been used worldwide for thousands of years in many different cultures and belief systems, including Buddhism, Hinduism and Tantric practices.

Mantra can be chanted out loud, internally, or a combination.

Some mantras don’t have a translation or meaning and use Biji Seed Sounds, which resonate on a cellular level to bring a sense of deep-rooted positive change.

Seed sounds are often part of the Nada Yoga tradition (the yoga of sound).

Never practice meditation when driving or operating machinery or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
