
Jean Bolte’s journey at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) began back in 1987, where she made her mark as a model maker on the transformation sequence in the movie Willow. This marked the beginning of her groundbreaking work with ILM's "morph" technology. Throughout her career, Jean has made significant contributions to some of the most iconic movies of our time. From her role as Model Project Supervisor at ILM's model and creature shop to her work as Texture Supervisor on films like the Star Wars prequels, Men In Black, Iron Man, and Pacific Rim, her expertise has left an indelible mark. Her latest work can be seen in Martin Scorsese's The Irishman and the new Indiana Jones, where she contributed to the groundbreaking de-aging techniques used in the films. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous awards and nominations, including a Visual Effects Society Award for her work on Deepwater Horizon.
