Meet Amelia Siamomua: A Leader Ready to Make a Difference Amelia Siamomua is a dedicated community leader and development economist with a passion for helping others. She’s an international consultant and advocate who has spent her life working to improve opportunities for people. Amelia graduated from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji, where she studied economics and politics, and continued her education at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. When Amelia isn’t busy working, you’ll find her playing tennis with her family at the Northcrest Swim & Tennis Club, walking around her neighborhood, or spending time in her garden. She’s been actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Northcrest Civic Association and being a proud member of several Republican groups in Georgia. A Lifetime of Experience With over 39 years of experience, Amelia has worked at the regional, national, and international levels, advising on social, economic, and political development. She’s helped underserved communities through her work with organizations like CARE, and even served at the United Nations in New York. From Africa to the Caribbean and Asia-Pacific, Amelia’s work has touched people around the world. Committed to Our Future Now, Amelia is stepping up to serve the people of District 40. She’s passionate about making life better for her community. Her goals? Affordable opportunities, better services, and safer neighborhoods. She’s all about creating lasting changes to build a better future for everyone in Georgia.
