Polish Stories is a podcast (primarily in Polish) for intermediate+ learners of Polish as a foreign, second, and heritage language who love books, movies, and all sorts of storytelling. Whether you are learning Polish to connect with your family roots, to be able to have a closer relationship with your partner's relatives, to build a new life in Poland, or simply because you just love learning foreign languages, you're welcome in the Polish Stories world! . In solo episodes, I talk in Polish about various aspects of contemporary Polish culture: Season 1: A subjective guide to contemporary Polish writers worth reading. Season 2: Six famous Polish people whom you may know, but you probably don't know they were Polish. Season 4 (upcoming): Ten Polish TV series worth watching on Netflix. Season 3 is interview episodes (mostly in Polish, some in English) - conversations about culture, history, identity, families, languages, daily life and sometimes politics, with people who either have Polish roots or are foreigners who have learnt Polish. . To download transcripts for seasons 1 & 2 of the podcast and to stay in touch, sign up for my newsletter: https://polishstories.net/
