I embarked on a Health Journey triggered by my own health 3 years ago not only to become healthier but also to understand different aspects of  holistic health, nutrition.  At age 36 I was diagnosed with colon cancer. It is not something anyone  wants to hear but it was definitely a wakeup call and it was time to  take MY Health and MY Life back into my own hands.  In this ongoing healing process and working towards NED (no evidence of  disease) I have learned so much about myself and about the power our own  bodies have to heal.  With the glory of God I became a Certified Health Coach and still  training as a Functional Nutritionist.

What are your 3 biggest learnings you love to share with the audience in terms of healthy living?

Start where you are comfortable with.  lets eliminate certain foods that don't go with your body, add maybe a bit of walking and support your emotions with meditation, essential oils or reading.

Your no.1 tipp for ultimative health? Start with 1 thing, don't overwhelm yourself.  Do the 1 thing and then add another and another.
