Podnition 10 - Karina Gil Reiter - eating more sustainably

As a nutrition trainer and certified sustainability manager, Karina  offers trainings and workshops focusing on healthy, regional,  sustainable food for women and families. She is convinced that nutrition  need not be complicated, and shares in her trainings easy strategies  for sustainable and healthy eating. The US born Venezuelan has lived in  several countries like the US, Venezuela (of course), Belgium, Germany,  China, Norway and now Austria.  She speaks Spanish, English, German and  French, and can offer trainings in the first three languages (Spanish,  English and German). Karina lives over 12 years in Vienna with her  husband and daughter.

What are your 3 biggest learnings you love to share with the audience in terms of healthy living?

1. Eat foods that nourish you and forget about diets. 

2. Get enough sleep. 

3. Practice a physical activity that you love regularly, at least 30 minutes a day.


Your no.1 tipp for ultimative health?

Listen to your body and do what it asks of you, be it eating the right foods, taking a deep breath or a power nap.
