We recently conducted a survey looking at the experiences and requirements of job seekers! We were keen to understand the drivers for job seeking, the challenges faced and other key factors relevant in looking for a job in Jersey!As well as becoming more informed we wanted quality data, feedback, and a better understanding to provide the best service we can to both the job seeker and our clients.We have been delighted by the diversity of responses; both from the job seekers and the industry/environments that they work within meaning we got just what we wanted from the exercise!Some of the team at Park got together to discuss the findings and this is the recording of what we shared.
