Mantra (Skt. मन्त्र) has three meanings of literal translation: "A tool for the implementation of a mental act"; "Freeing the mind"; "Verse", "spell", "magic"; It is a sacred text, word or syllable, the distinctive feature of which is the requirement for accurate sound reproduction. For people who practice yoga, meditation, pranayama, this is a way of calming and relaxing through sound vibrations. There is an opinion that mantras help a person fulfill their desires, heal from diseases, find love and various earthly benefits. The influence of some words on a person's life is a scientifically proven fact. Probably, every person at least once in his life came to the conclusion that thought and word materialize. As soon as we start thinking in any direction, our life begins to "adjust" to our thoughts, gradually changing, everyday reality becomes what we want to see it. Mantras originate in ancient times. This is not just a prayer or a mystical syllable, this is real power, which is embodied in sound form, powerful energy of movement. Since one of the translations of the term "mantra" is "liberation of the mind", this is what a mantra is for. And already the result of the liberation of the mind is spiritual growth and purification of the body. Scientists have long proved that all diseases of mankind are from nerves, negative thoughts, feelings and their generations. A person lets through all the negative moments of his life, cultivates in himself and carries for years inside all the negativity, he is unable to throw off this heavy burden from his soul. Regular and correct pronunciation of the mantra in Sanskrit will help to get rid of not only the consequences of recent stressful situations, but also from the consequences of old / karmic situations, which, it would seem, are firmly entrenched in a person's consciousness and gradually poison his life and life.
