In this episode, we talked about his journey to sobriety and how it's changed his life. Having never been an alcoholic, many people thought his decision to quit drinking completely was a bit odd. But it was more than just about the drinking to him. As the co-founder of one of the most prolific men's self-improvement communities, his never-ending quest to improve himself in all aspects played a much larger role.
