Based at Great Point Seren Stiwdios (formerly Pinewood Studio Wales) in Cardiff, the team has more than 100 years combined experience in bilingual media training and production. The Sgil Cymru team have trained over 100 apprentices by working with companies across south Wales.

An English language episode this week! Lisa talks to Kaitlin Brock - our first previous CRIW apprentice on the podcast this series! Kaitlin finished her apprenticeship this summer. In this episode she discusses the companies that she got the chance to work with during her apprenticeship, the experience of working in different departments and deciding that editing is definitely the job for her and also how to keep going when a job comes to an end...in Kaitlin's case, opening an Etsy shop!
