In episode 33 of the Platform to Perform Podcast I had the pleasure of talking to the Strength and Conditioning coach of the University of York Strength and owner of Go Performance, Rob Milner. Rob has extensive coaching experience which including enhancing the athleticism of youth athletes, university athletes, and members of the general population. As someone who recommends the pursuit of imperfect action, I absolutely loved this chat with Rob as we discussed:

· How he prioritises which aspects of his coaching to develop

· How to fill the buckets of athleticism that sport doesn’t when it comes to training children
