Ep. 201: Ayurvedic Doshas and the Seasons with Meghan Rhodes

In this episode, we welcome back herbalist and teacher Meghan Rhodes and chat about the relationship between Ayurveda, the changing seasons, and how our constitutions are affected. We dive deep into the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—linked to the five elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Meghan shares her journey into Ayurveda and offers practical advice for balancing our systems as we transition through the seasons.
