Chris has done some experimenting with eating kiwifruits before bed and, in this episode, he reveals whether or not eating kiwis for sleep is a good idea. He also looks the possible reasons behind kiwi benefits for sleeping and possible drawbacks of eating kiwifruits (also known as Chinese gooseberries). Chris also answers the question: "How much kiwi should I eat to sleep?"
