Hey Ramblers,

welcome to another episode! Before i introduce this episode, i would like to give yall a life update. From September till December 2023 moved from Ireland to South Africa, then from December till January i've been in Eswatini. i think i am in a more stable place now so you should be getting more consistent episodes.

Moving on to todays episode, Jamal and i spoke about what it means to care, about love and if it prevents us from having depression, or if the lows are an inevitable part of life. we talk about being there for the people around us and how the happiest of people are actually the saddest.
