Chris Shaw is Deputy Head of Ballarat Grammar School in Wendouree, Victoria. With over 20 of years of experience in Catholic and Independent schools in Melbourne, Brisbane and Ballarat, Chris has worked extensively on shaping and shifting culture within educational environments. Her role has been centred on extensive involvement in adolescent wellbeing through pastoral care programs and the development of sustainable Positive Education at Ballarat Grammar School.
