Alison talked with Mila Atmos at a period of her life when she was starting a new career chapter for herself- which has since manifested into her fabulous award winning podcast Future Hindsight.  They talked about how to start a new chapter, remaining optimistic during tough times, listening to our heads versus our hearts, overcoming bullying, what to do if we feel we have veered off course, and what we can do today if we want to become activists.
