
Every morning I’d wake up through the rays of sunlight passing through my bedroom window. When I open my eyes, I would hear the birds chirping, and on some occasions the rustling of leaves from the trees outside.
Waking up without an alarm could benefit us. With this lifestyle, I feel less stressed and more energized, compared to the time when I was waking up through a timer ringtone.
