The Pink Mondo Podcast values real and thought-provoking conversations about life and the world we live in. We take lessons from personal stories, integrate facts from professionals into our day-day lives and inspire each other through connection. Sustainability is a core part of the initiative, which includes pillars such as social, economic, and environmental issues. These in turn cover a realm of ‘hot topics’ within themselves from human rights, mental health, ethics, and climate change. Putting all this together, the aim is to relook at how we interpret the term sustainability, helping listeners to create a genuinely sustainable life for themselves, while learning how to make the world a better place to live in.

Kimmy Kimani Hobbs: Mum Guilt, Identity & Support From Our Community

The Pink Mondo Podcast, with Petra Kereem / Episode 5: Kimmy Kimani Hobbs

Kimmy is best known as one half of the joyous and extremely successful YouTube channel James and Kimmy. They showcase family life in such a fun and honest way, that you can’t help but relate and basically just fall in love them. Kimmy was born in Kenya and came to the UK aged 9 – she grew up with a passion for acting and dancing and a lot of this has also informed the content creation she is part of today.

Having recently entered motherhood, we also discuss so-called Mum Guilt and how to juggle work and family life. Having these raw conversations is so valuable and I hope can let people know that they’re not alone. You can find out more about Kimmy on her own Instagram page @kiimmykay or on the joint page for James and Kimmy @jamesandkiimmy, and you simply must subscribe to James and Kimmy’s channel on Youtube for some really feel-good content: https://www.youtube.com/@JamesandKiimmy

Please follow the Pink Mondo Podcast so you get new episodes as and when they come through and share it with friends and family! You can also watch the episode over on the Pink Mondo Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@PinkMondoMedia
