
Our mind seems to become active, and our anxieties seem to increase at night. My latest poll on Instagram showed that 82% of my followers' negative thoughts peak before bed. With the help of a lot of research, I created this guided relaxation to calm our bodies and minds in the evening. Unlike the effortless, mantra-based practice that I teach that is tremendously energizing and not ideal late at night, this audio recording was created to sustain deep relaxation that is perfect for before bed.
