If you’re already planning to hop on your bike this summer, why not make the kilometers count towards helping local cancer patients and their families? Everyone is welcome to sign up for this year’s NB Ride Against Cancer, a joint initiative of the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation and the CHU Dumont Foundation. You can register to fundraise as a solo cyclist, cheer on Dr. Harb’s Elite Cyclist Ride travelling from Edmunston to Moncton in mid-July, and take part in the official Ride Day activities on September 28 at Riverfront Park. Foundation leaders Gilles Allain and Katherine Robertson join Jenna & Tosh to talk about the various ways the community can support NB Ride Against Cancer, fundraising for non-medical Cancer Support Programs that help local people living with cancer, their caregivers, and their families.
