Picking Up: Mental Health

[TW: EATING DISORDERS, DEPRESSION, DEALING WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES] This week's episode is quite different to last week's. In this episode, we pick up the topic of mental health, specifically our experiences with dealing with mental illnesses. While we've never been officially diagnosed and are not therapists, we believe sharing our experience will help normalise this topic. Hopefully this will be able to help someone out there. And remember, if you're ever going through something or are concerned about a certain way you're feeling, please seek professional help or talk to a trusted adult. You got this :)
