Title: Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction . On this episode, Dr. Jamie Blau was interviewed. She is a board certified Chiropractor serving the New York community. Dr. Blau evaluates each person's whole body when taking care of her patients. She prides herself on being a good listener and examiner, assisting a person's body in functioning at its highest potential. Trigger point therapy, a form of massage therapy directed at removing dysfunction of muscles, is often utilized to assist the body in correcting itself and to help restore balance to the spinal column, along with the spinal adjustments. In her clinic, she works with clients recovering from a variety of conditions and injuries, while also promoting wellness and prevention with her clients and community. One of her specialties is working with dancers, partnering with local studios and instructors. In addition to her extensive training and experience as a physical therapist, Dr. Alyssa Arms has over 30 years of experience as a dancer, trained in ballet and pointe, jazz, tap, hip hop, and salsa.
