What is Industrial Organizational Psychology? | with Dr. David Colarossi, PhD from "Pop Psych"

David began working with CMA in 2016. During his time with CMA, he has focused on conducting assessments for selection, promotion and development, coaching, teambuilding, organizational development, and training services. Prior to starting with CMA, David launched the Colarossi Group and, before that, he was the Vice President of Leadership Development at a management-consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. With expertise in emotional intelligence, executive presence, cognitive agility, organizational network analysis, and corporate culture, David has coached and consulted with organizations in a variety of industries (healthcare, transportation, construction, engineering, finance, technology, manufacturing, education, clean energy, oil and gas, hospitality, etc.). In addition to his work as an executive coach and consultant, David has been heavily involved in teaching. He was the Executive Director and a faculty member of the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado at Denver. In his free time, David enjoys playing indoor soccer, snowboarding and running. David lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and son.
