Hey, I'm Hayley! I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, indoor cycling instructor, and mindset mentor. Having worked a corporate desk job in healthcare advertising, I felt as though I wasn’t tapping into my purpose and knew I had more to offer. So I left the New York City rat race behind in favor of aligning with my true passion- exercise, mindset, and the very real connection between the two. I started this podcast as a way to explore all aspects of the mind-body connection from different perspectives. So get ready to expand your consciousness with me!

Alcohol Use Disorder, Sobriety, & The Power of Dopamine With Bardia Rez | #86

Today's guest is Bardia Rezaei, The Stop Drinking Coach! Bardia is a Sobriety and Life Coach that specializes in helping people learn how to stop drinking successfully so they can step into the next chapter of their lives and begin fulfilling their potential. He doesn't believe people who struggle with alcohol (alcohol use disorder or alcoholism) are destined to attend daily meetings for the rest of their lives and continually live in the shadow of their addiction.

He opens up about his personal struggles with alcoholism both in his family and in his own life, what he's learned about dopamine and our brain's response to consuming alcohol, and how quitting drinking can benefit you spiritually.
