Philosophical Entertainment is a concept coined by Alan Watts, who referred to himself as a Philosophical Entertainer. Through listening to Watts, we decided to take up the mantra of making philosophy entertaining again!

Science only studies the usual, which is why our objective has been to take uncommon topics (the more taboo the better) and dive into why it makes us uncomfortable. As we settle into our fears, we find that it is what lies behind the heebie jeebies that has us scared; it is death that has us frightened. That being the case, we want to explore death and find out why we feel so unsettled with our own mortality.

Affirmations - I Remember Who I Am
If you’re not philosophically entertained, our entertainment is only philosophical.

Season 4, Episode 18: I Remember Who I Am
Episode Overview
🌌 Affirmations for Remembering Who We Are

I remember myself beyond the stories I’ve been told.

I am not broken—I am unfolding.

My evolution is a sacred spiral, not a straight line.

I give myself full permission to become who I truly am.

The self I’m shedding is not a failure—it’s a fulfilled contract.

I honor who I’ve been, even as I release who I no longer need to be.

The soul version of me is patient, wise, and always near.

I am safe to outgrow what once kept me safe.

I don’t need to explain my becoming to anyone who doesn’t feel it in their bones.

When I surrender, I don’t fall—I rise into alignment.

✨ Affirmations for Language and Identity Alchemy

I speak words that mirror the truth of my soul.

My voice is a wand & I cast healing with every conscious word.

I unbind myself from names and narratives that no longer serve me.

“I am” is a doorway—I choose what enters.

I choose language that honors who I am becoming.

My words are rooted in presence, not performance.

I no longer call myself wounded—I call myself wise.

I trust the power of silence as much as the beauty of expression.

I reclaim my story, sentence by sentence.

I am not what happened to me—I am what I’ve awakened in response to it.

🕊 Affirmations for Trauma Healing and Spiritual Rebirth

My trauma is not my identity—it is my initiation.

I meet my past with compassion, not resistance.

I survived so I could remember what I’m here to become.

Every fracture was an opening to more light.

I release shame and replace it with soulful reverence.

The soul waits for divine timing—so do I.

My body and my spirit are allies in this healing.

I give myself the grace to heal at the speed of trust.

I no longer resist my softness—it is my sacred strength.

I was never too late, too much, or too little—I was in transit.

🌠 Affirmations for Soul Contracts and Divine Timing

I trust in the contracts I signed before I was born.

Even what doesn’t make sense is still part of the map.

I allow divine timing to reveal what’s next.

My life is not random—it is encoded with soul-level intention.

I do not chase fate—I align with it.

The mirrors I meet are soul-selected for my remembrance.

I am supported by forces both seen and unseen.

My healing serves not just me, but the collective.

I walk this path not to become something new—but to remember what I’ve always been.
