SEPTA gets 2-week extension to finish fire inspections on Regional Rail cars
Gov. Josh Shapiro was at a food bank in Philadelphia on Friday to announce state action to support food assistance as the federal government gets ready to freeze November SNAP payments to nearly 2 million Pennsylvanians. KYW's John McDevitt reports.

Police say a woman parked a car outside a laundromat on Castor Avenue Friday and left the engine running with children inside.
A teenager stole the car, crashed it about half a mile away and then ran off. Police are still looking for him.
The children were not hurt. The youngest is just two months old.
