Today we have an incredibly special guest sitting next to us. He’s travelled the globe, owned his own cafe, pursued multiple creative outlets and started the incredible nation wide community that is now Cold Nips. He defines creativity and embodies everything it means to be an open minded, caring, humble and passionate human being. A huge advocate for opening up the conversation around men’s mental health and making space for honest connection. Constantly sitting in discomfort to learn more about himself, and in turn along the way helping so many others do the same, we’re stoked to be joined by our good friend Ryan Marc Linton.
