Glen spoke with the team about his transition from mechanical engineering to his true passion of project delivery. As he reflects on the career journey, he lets emerging professionals know that it is seldom a linear path, and we should embrace all the twists and turns that come. Glen attributes much of his career success to recognizing the importance of excellent client service.
