Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a large influx of information being shared and many valuable lessons learned. In this podcast episode, Ontario Pharmacists Association (OPA) CEO, Justin Bates, and Dr. Noah Ivers, Family Physician, Implementation Scientist, provide an overview of some of the challenges that have arisen as a result of the pandemic and how we can learn, assess and apply the lessons learned in the healthcare sector.
