In this episode I give you my new slogan and intro and also go deep into trying to pull myself out of a ditch to improve myself. It's sort of a personal guide or reminder to myself so that I keep improving myself constantly and also a sort of motivation to others who may feel the same during Quarantine and the Coronavirus Pandemic.
