On this week's episode of Perspective Points, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean Rhodes. Coming off of competing in his first bodybuilding show and now preparing for a marathon, Sean spoke about the "work hard" mentality that he has embodied from a young age. However, Sean shared how this mindset would not have developed and shaped his outlook on life without the experiences he endured on his path to finding his core values and staying true to them every day.
