Bodybuilding is not only a sport that requires an intense amount of physical discipline, but also an immense amount of mental discipline. In this week’s episode, I share what my experience was like in my first bodybuilding prep as well as some of the lessons I learned and am now applying to various aspects of my life. Additionally, I talk about how I may or may not be competing again this year. You’ll have to listen to find out :)
