Perspective Points: A podcast that is intended to be an outlet for me (and you!) to share thoughts about mindfulness. Ranging from topics like personal experiences and the lessons I have learned from them to general discussion about one's purpose, I really want this to be a place where not only myself, but anyone can share their perspective on what is meaningful in their life.

In this week's episode of Perspective Points, I had the pleasure of talking with my good friend Caleigh Lussenden as she spoke about what it means to make the changes we need to make, even when it feels uncomfortable, in order to become the person we want to be. At only 20 years old, Caleigh is a full-time business owner, just completed her first-ever bodybuilding show, and has recently moved across the country in order to continue to pursue her passion and inspire others to do the same.
